What This Skill Does

  3. The 5-Step Process — DELETE → SIMPLIFY → ACCELERATE → AUTOMATE → (then optimize)
  4. Idiot Index Check — Ratio of final cost to raw material cost. If it's high, you're doing it wrong.
  5. Speed Filter — If in doubt, move faster. Schedule is the #1 priority.
  6. First Principles Cost Destruction — What does physics say it SHOULD cost?
  7. Wright's Law Bet — Does it get cheaper at scale? Bet on the learning curve.
  8. 10x or Delete — If it's not 10x better, why does it exist?
