  • .planning/config.json — workflow preferences
  • .planning/research/ — domain research (optional)
  • .planning/REQUIREMENTS.md — scoped requirements
  • .planning/ROADMAP.md — phase structure
  • .planning/STATE.md — project memory

After this command: Run /shine-plan-phase 1 to start execution. </objective>
