ElasticSearch Cluster Vitals Agent

Polls Elasticsearch _cluster/health, _nodes/stats, and _cat/shards APIs to detect node drops, unassigned shards, and JVM heap pressure. Forwards anomalies to Opsgenie Alert API for on-call routing.
