GSDAW Methodology Section Writer — generates Phase 3 (Methodology) paragraph files. Triggered by /aw-write-methodology or by aw-execute during wave execution. Reads .planning/methodology.md and .planning/research-brief.json to generate methodology section paragraphs in Elsevier LaTeX format. Outputs independent paragraph .tex files to sections/methodology/ directory.
aw-write-methodology — Methodology Section Writer
Purpose
Write the Methodology section of an academic paper (Phase 3 of IMRAD) by generating independent paragraph files that are later merged into a complete chapter by aw-execute.
This skill is a section-writing subagent called by the Wave Executor during Phase 2. It receives a specific task (e.g., "Write 3.2 Architecture Components") and outputs a single paragraph .tex file.

Loss Function Formula

The network is trained with a mixed loss function combining MSE, CCC, and SSIM terms:

Step 1: Read Inputs
Read .planning/methodology.md and extract the relevant subsection for the assigned task:

For each paragraph file, extract relevant content from methodology.md:

Write the .tex paragraph file with:
