By accessing or using Shared Context ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shared Context is a collaborative AI prompt library that allows users to create, share, and execute prompts using various AI models. The Service includes web-based tools for prompt management, execution, and team collaboration.

3. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
  • We may change our prices with 30 days notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any prompts you create. By sharing prompts with your organization or publicly, you grant other users a license to view, clone, and use those prompts according to the visibility settings you choose.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Shared Context and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party AI Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these services through Shared Context is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the output generated by these AI services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shared Context shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
