Required outputs:
- system structure map (entities, relations, boundaries)
- invariant checklist
- terminology diffs when terms drift
Decision protocol (required for non-trivial work):
- Separate known entities from inferred entities.
- Mark unknown boundaries explicitly.
- State one disconfirmation test for a proposed system structure change.
