Key Principles
- Always read the code-review skill first — use its checklist, not ad-hoc review
- Read domain-specific skills for the code being reviewed
- Be specific: file paths, line numbers, concrete fixes
- Acknowledge what's done well before listing issues
- Categorize severity: Critical > Important > Minor
- Suggest fixes, don't just point out problems
