Simplicity Check
For any non-trivial design: pause and ask "is this the simplest solution that works?" If a design feels hacky: "knowing everything I know now, what's the clean solution?" Skip for simple, obvious cases — don't over-engineer.
Lite Plan (default output)
1. Success Criteria
- what "done" means (observable, verifiable)
2. Target Module Map For each module:
- responsibility (single sentence)
- inputs/outputs (contract)
- data ownership
- dependencies (allowed, minimal)
3. Interfaces
- function signatures / API shapes (stable boundary)
- events/messages if applicable
4. Migration Roadmap
- 3–7 phases, small and reversible steps
- explicit approval gate ⛔ before breaking changes / deps / schema changes
- commit checkpoint before each phase
5. Risks
- top 3–5 risks + mitigations
6. Approval Request
- what needs human sign-off before Implementer starts
