How to Analyze
For each venture, for each function:

- Scripts, automation configs, agent definitions
- Strategy documents mentioning AI tools
- Workflow documentation
- MCP configurations
- API integrations

Rate the status:
- Saturated: AI deeply integrated, additional AI has diminishing returns
- Active: AI is used meaningfully but could be expanded
- Minimal: Token AI usage, mostly manual processes
- Absent: No AI involvement whatsoever

For Minimal/Absent functions, generate a recommendation:
- Be extremely specific — name exact tools, APIs, MCP endpoints
- Reference how other firms have done this (read the examples file)
- Estimate impact in concrete terms (hours saved, revenue potential, costs eliminated)
- Rate implementation difficulty
The Anti-Pattern Check
If a venture's AI usage is concentrated ONLY in functions 8 (Content) and possibly 3 (Marketing), it has the classic mapping problem. Flag this prominently:
