Cross-Cutting: Compliance Audit

Audit MAID compliance at any phase. Refer to the MAID methodology skill for compliance criteria.

Your Task

1. CRITICAL - Run validations on ALL manifests (no arguments):

   maid validate
   maid test
   

   Note: maid validate and maid test WITHOUT arguments validates entire codebase

2. Check for violations:

   • Public APIs not in manifest
   • Tests don't USE artifacts (just check existence)
   • TODO/FIXME/debug print() in code
   • Files accessed outside manifest
   • Skipped phases or validations

3. Categorize issues:

   • 🔴 CRITICAL: Must fix (blocks progress)
   • 🟠 HIGH: Should fix immediately
   • 🟡 MEDIUM: Should address
   • 🟢 LOW: Nice to have

4. Report findings with specific file:line references

✓ All critical violations identified ✓ Clear remediation provided ✓ Compliance status determined
